Training

Substitutions (one person replacing another) may be made. A substitution can be made at any time (even the day of the class, with the understanding that the certificate may have to be mailed). The substitute must know the name of the person registered for the class and who they are replacing.

Cancellation of a class must be made a minimum of three (3) business days prior to the class to be eligible for a full refund.

Class Cancellation: If a class is canceled due to a lack of participation or an instructor emergency, registrants will be notified by email and/or by phone. The registrant will be given a choice of a refund or a class transfer. If the registrant is not available or there is no response by the end of the business day to the notification, a refund will automatically be made.

To provide the best training experience possible for everyone, children are not allowed at our training classes.
